Every port asks for the ship’s name, IMO number, drafts, certificates and crew, each on its own form. The information hardly changes between calls. The typing never stops.

On board today

  • The agent sends a pre-arrival pack in Word, Excel and scanned PDF.
  • Someone retypes the same particulars into each form, then checks every date twice.
  • The next port sends a different pack, and it starts again.

Certificates
Numbers, issuers and expiry dates, with a warning before anything runs out.
Crew lists
FAL 5 lists with passports and seaman's books. Import them from Excel; master and SSO are picked per list.
Last ten ports
Port facilities, security levels and ship-to-ship activity, ready for ISPS pre-arrival forms.
Port forms
Pre-arrival notices, ISPS forms, crew lists, health declarations, waste notifications and EU single-window sheets, filled in the port's own file.
A shared form library
Upload a port's blank form once. When it is prepared, every ship calling at that port can use it.
